Event Two

The dinner includes a delectable journey of five courses perfectly paired with our wine.  Start with a farm-grown bibb lettuce salad covered with an aromatic herb dressing, next enjoy a Tahitian style ceviche made with locally sourced drum, third course will include roasted duck w/ whipped hakurei turnips and apple soy vinaigrette over farm-grown sesame red cabbage slaw, fourth course will include a braised short rib, pearl couscous and caramelized carrots.
